Brass City Charter School

Students needing bus transportation are served by the City of Waterbury school bus service. Routes are posted online at http://www.waterbury.k12.ct.us/. The phone number for the bus company is (203) 591-1847.

BCCS hours are 7:30 am to 3:30 pm. except for Tuesdays when we dismiss at noon.

We do not follow the City of Waterbury school calendar. Our calendar is posted on this website.

Weather-related school closures, late openings, and early dismissals follow the City of Waterbury school system. Please consult Channel 8 school closings available online at http://wtnh.com/closings/.

School attendance is critical. Late arrivals, early pickups, and unexcused absences are disruptive to the learning process. See the Parent Handbook for details. If your child is absent it is required that you notify the school by sending notification of the absence as well as the reason to the following email: attendance@brasscitycharter.org
